The whole affair seems like the latest Enid Blyton.The BBC reported yesterday that this couple were living in a new housing complex, not yet complete and people are still moving in mainly from military or ex military backgrounds.
Now whether that is BBC trying to find something to enlarge the 2 mins reporters have on air, I wouldn't know, but wasn't a vehicle taken from the military for examination in the Skripal case ? Vaguely remember something about it.
(Skripals are probably in US by now) .
Maybe it's all training for new recruits in MI6 ?

I have just caught up with this.
According to the report I am reading they think Charles Rowley found a container in Queen Elizabeth Gardens which is not very far from The Maltings where the Skripals were found.
