This couple may have picked it up but not used it till recently, and anyway, it is unlikely that the decontamination unit had worked much further away than where they knew the Skripals had been. Unlikely that would have been where drug addicts hang about or buy drugs!

Oh no, that's shocking.So how come she died when she was poisoned weeks after and by accident/chance, when the two Skripals survived having been deliberately targeted?
Is survival due to the strength of one's constitution?
So a druggy is going to have a far lower chance of survival?

Perhaps the perpetrator kept the stuff until they thought the search was over. Then they dumped it thinking it would go to landfill.You'd think these assasin types would have methods of disposing of nerve agents somehow and somewhere so it couldn't be traced back to them.
It seems a bit slap dash
