My new little car

I've gone all girlie in me dotage (or mental, not sure which).
I'm going to put a few graphics on my car, I hope it don't look 'tacky'. Not loads of them splattered everywhere, just a couple of little flowers and 2 butterflies nearby.
You see, much as I like it, it is all black and I've never been keen on black cars, so I just want to break the black up a bit.
Am I beyond help?

No not beyond help, whatever floats your boat.

I am curious though, if you don't like black cars much, why choose one?

I've seen them with false eyelashes on before now.

Re: My new little car

It's a Chevrolet Matiz, and its like a matchbox toy after driving an estate for years.
I'm dying to gave a go but also hope I don't mess it up. I ordered just 3 white daisies with blue centres to match with 2 small blue butterflies.
You'll sure know me if you see me coming up the road!

Reasonable question Pats. The answer is, I liked everything else about it and thought it was silly turning it down purely because of the colour.
As you perhaps know, the courtesy car had to be returned so I didn't have a lot more time to mess about either.

Re: My new little car

There is a demand for such cars, and It will surely get you from A to B without event, but is that enough?.

Re: My new little car

I hope so SF. I rarely do long journeys, or motorway driving now, so just for running about town it should be fine. It should be more economical to run and its less tax and insurance too. I have to consider these things since retirement.

Why don't you stick some white dots on it?

Re: My new little car

In 1972 I stuck some ladybirds on my ex GPO van when I lived in Brixton. Does that count?
