All Macron is doing is flexing his muscles to try to appeal to voters, but unfortunately he is wasting his time. En Marche looks like it just En Marche'd over Le Cliff Edge.

HiWe have just Recommissioned HMS Severn, a Fisheries Protection Vessel, which is a start.
Fisheries is a very emotive subject ob both sides.
Financially it is minimal, turnover is less than Harrods.
Financial Services we are still getting nowhere with, but are progressing with Switzerland.

Besides we all know that an extension would not create any benefit.
As long as the red lines remain on both sides (which I expect) there cannot be an agreement, no matter how long we wait.
