Re: Diabetes Thread

One or two thin slices of whole meal toast or bread and two boiled eggs or just 3 eggs scrambled with no toast.

Treat at weekend is sausage, egg and a large Portobello mushroom.

Sometimes if I feel like it a 3 egg omelette with mushroom and cheese filling.

Re: Diabetes Thread

I might have just 1 slice of toast and small amount of scrambled egg tomorrow for breakfast. Thanks Julie.

I have just put the Diabetes link on here, so that you can download the Cook Book.

Re: Diabetes Thread

I see they have quite a lot of info and a forum about low carb eating and diabetes, interesting as none of my nurses or doctors agree with me that low carb is best, despite my success with it.

Re: Diabetes Thread

Hi all. I'm fed up with myself. I cannot shift my weight even though, I am eating less and have cut out all snacks, but I seem to be getting fatter.

Any suggestions?

Re: Diabetes Thread

I am having success with low carb/no sugar and keeping my calories to between 1000/1200 per day. Bit regimental about it and determined to do it this time.
