Libya

You coudn;t make such things up.

Erdogan (Turkish President) has been sending Syrian militias over to Libya to fight the war over there.
Now I don't know whether his act has been sanctioned by France, UK or US, because I'm not sure which side of the fence he's on or for what purpose.

Last week reported he sent over 1700 militia known as the Syrian National Army , a combined group of some really nasty organisations, including the Turkish backed Free Syrian Army.

Anyway, news coming out today reports that the Syrian fighters are trying to or have, escaped to Italy !

Was this not something that could have been foreseen, or do they all wear blinkers in places of high positions ? Even if they don't all make it, there'll be another flurry of boats trying to navigate the Med, in an attempt to escape the conflict and more lives lost.
