Like you say, we aren't in the EU and that link is just empty words from the unelected bureaucrats who show no leadership whatsoever.

Look at Italy Spain, France and Ireland, not one of those countries is working to Brussels plans because Brussels doesn't have one, just on-line pamphlets and rhetorical nonesense. The nation states are sorting this out by themselves.

You can post links all you like, it's no substitute for leadership.

What brussels is doing now is exactly what you wanted them to do, leave the sovereignty wiith memberstates. The present situation shows how wrong brexiters were in their claims on regaining sovereignty with brexit, how deceived you were by them, how stupid you were to believe those claims.

The member states are part of a political union. It has nothing to do with sovereignty, its about the utter failure of the elite to handle any crisis that comes there way. Instead they hide until its over.

What you are seeing in Italy, Spain and France etc is not sovereignty its desperation, frustration and panic because Brussels offers the union nothing

No common policy helping anyone here and the elite who are supposed to keep the union safe turn their backs and run away.

Im talking about pandemic planning - there is a lot more to this than healthcare. There are many other areas such as economic, immigration, education, security, policing, military etc etc to consider.

Your clutching at straws and getting nowhere as usual

For years you have been an evangelist for political unity and now there is a crisis, and there is no unified plan, unified leadership or unified direction you use excuses like sovereignty to deflect the blame from the incompetence of your unelected cretins and hand it off to nation states to take up the responsibility to sort out the mess.

Your sovereignty argument is just an extension of the EU blame game.

I see that as usual you are talking from the top of your head. You obviously haven't followed the link I provided. It starts with:

COVID-19 is a severe public health emergency for our citizens, societies and economies with infections in all Member States. It is also a major economic shock to the EU. The Commission therefore presents today an immediate response to mitigate the socio-economic impact of *the COVID-19 outbreak, centred on a European coordinated response.

It refutes all your arguments on this subject. End of discussion.

Published how long ago ? 4 days ago ????

Nice to see the unelected office boys ahead of the curve ... not

Any chance you want to discuss anything in my post that you don't agree with or are you going to swerve the argument again because you don't have any answers or any intelligent point to make ?

Despite your boasting, you're still performing the worst in europe. After brexit everything would be better? Seems not.
