You have chosen your path, I have chosen mine.
I don't pay NI because I don't have a guaranteed income like you do. I also don't get pension contributions like you did from your employer, holiday pay, sick pay, maternity pay, severance pay and have to pay an agency to pay my salary which incidentally is 90 days in arrears. I also do not have a pay grade, bonus scheme, golden handshake/goodbye and can be out of work within a day without any 4 week notice period you have had the luxury of. I also don't get in-work expenses paid such as mobile phone, laptop, petrol, hotels, flights, food etc etc paid by my employer either for the work I do, I have to pay that myself.

I also pay 20% corporation tax and collect VAT on behalf of HMRC, I also pay PAYE tax from income from dividends and 20% tax on the dividends themselves.

You really should read my posts properly so you understand the IR35 rules and what they mean for businesses like mine and hundreds of thousands of others. I thought you were supposed to be the supporter of the party for workers rights instead it looks like your faulty opinions and socialist principled BS is getting in the way of any sensible reply. No surprise there

I can't but I could claim paternity benefit if I wanted if I was a payroll employee working for a business.

Same as maternity pay really, just a clumsy typo, sorry about that
