So it is for removing grease, oil and printers inks, and mainly used in engineering and construction.
We mainly used Rozalex when I worked in engineering Mups, it was full of little beads that gave your hands a good scrub as well as removing the oil and grease. If you used the barrier cream before you started work, they were a lot easier to clean.
Swarfega always seemed a bit too slimy, although I always had jar full of it at home after I left engineering. I couldn't borrow the Rozalex then....
