Thank you Tabby.
So it is for removing grease, oil and printers inks, and mainly used in engineering and construction.

Re: Hand Washing

My Dad used Swarfega every day when he worked in a garage, he used to say it was very strong and the only thing that would remove engine grease properly. I understood it was very strong.

Re: Hand Washing

If it removes grease oil & ink then it's sure to remove any trace of this vile virus...just make sure to moisturise hands after using it.

We mainly used Rozalex when I worked in engineering Mups, it was full of little beads that gave your hands a good scrub as well as removing the oil and grease. If you used the barrier cream before you started work, they were a lot easier to clean.

Swarfega always seemed a bit too slimy, although I always had jar full of it at home after I left engineering. I couldn't borrow the Rozalex then....

It is exactly for that Mups. They used to have large drums of it in breaker's yards for cleaning GREASE off your hands. Anyone wishing to moisturise should try Nivea.

Nivea is good - and it is not tested on animals!
