..Fred's situation was re-assessed in January 2014 and he is left with more than £10 per week (sentence right down the bottom). They don't say how much more though.
He has a large family and I hope that, even if he is feeling hardship due to circumstances, they won't see him go short of beer, smokes and a few other luxuries. I know I wouldn't.
