Steak Onglet or hanger steak.
Here in the UK traditionally stewed for hours but when professionally butchered and flash fried it's the most delish steak, cheap too.
A little tough but amazing when left to relax then carved wafer thin.

d00d, lt looks a bit tough but l imagine it has a nice flavour?
My favourite meal is steak, I usually buy, Rump, Sirloin and very occasionally, Fillet.
