OK everything before it gets passed for approval?

Exactly and it wasn't a proper out anyway kept us too far in to be called an out.

Exactly! So, if boris gets a deal by october 14, the HoC has to ratify it, and it's bill. Then the european parliament has to ratify it. All in all achieving a deal before october 31 is impossible. If that is clear, then it is time for boris to put his lettre in the post to get an extension, as his boss (the HoC) has ordered. Why wait till the house sits again?
