I did read it KZ, But could not really take much info from itdue to the way it was written,perhaps l am particularly dense?

OK if you like but as I said it was only an aside anyway. We were talking about Brexit posts yeah? I think that article is enough to for a start. HOw comprehensive (able?..did you mean comprehendable? - is that a word?..dunno..understandable?) do you want?..
