Re: Drink of tea and biscuits - Your favourite biscuits

Oh gawd, it's 4.21 in the morning now I m craving some walkers all butter shortbread and I don't have any! Will have to make do with a mcvities digestive.

I don't like tea, can't even stand the smell of it

Someone mentioned biscotta gingers I think, mmmm they are dead nice too. Never tried hobnobs.

Not Shortbread, I know, but these are vaguely similar and cheap as chips.

As I mentioned, I usually have Hobnobs or plain chocolate digestives with a coffee.
Earlier with my breakfast (cereal) I have a mug of Earl Grey tea with a couple of Belvita biscuits. They are really tasty.

As far as Walkers is concerned, Waitrose say:

I'll buy a pack tomorrow to investigate futher .....
Omah, So they aren’t so bad for containing chemicals/additives. I wonder what keeps them fresh? Salt?

I don’t buy many biscuits, since someone told me biscuits cause cancer.

If l do buy them, l buy Fox’s Butter Crinkle Biscuits. I can’t find them in any shops lately. They do the cream filled ones but l’m not keen on those.

Your stalwart dunkers are your ginger nuts and shortbread fingers.

I rarely buy biscuits but I am partial to the odd Garibaldi now and then! They also dunk well because they're held together by dead flies..
Oh I mean... currants
