Just back from an aborted trip to Sainsburys. Old folks hour from 8 to 9am.
Got there a 7.45am and car park full. The queue of people went right around the car park, out onto the main road then 100yds down the road. Did I join the queue? I think not.

Watching a pretty girl in shorts or mini skirt walk past our house and looking round to see Mrs Fox is behind me, so having to pretend I didn't notice the girl.....

I agree.

It seems to be trendy these days. I suppose they're trying to make it more 'atmospheric'.

One more reason why I prefer older films, especially black and white ones: not only could you see what was going on, you could also hear what the actors say!

Technology progresses; society regresses.
