Today we are having Mini Chicken Roast, which consists of two chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, with stuffing and two chipolatas, will do roast potatoes and vegetables with it.

It was rhubarb ! So the salad I made was very nice with a hard boiled egg and I made custard for the pie

Took some liver and bacon out of freezer last night - so liver & bacon casserole for lunch today.

Well the corned beef in onion gravy was delish last night, but as for today have no idea. My son will not be home until around 8.30 and he is having the 'bami goreng' we got in Lidl a couple of days ago, as for me? no idea.

We have just had stroganoff with a pasta similar to reginette but with the ruffle on just the one side. Tomorrow it is to lamb, but whether a long slow cooked casserole or grilled chops is yet to be decided.

We are having Pork Chops marinated in Sweet Chilli Sauce with Roast Potatoes, Baked Onions, Carrots, Cabbage and gravy.
