I exercise every day, Love it.
Half hour running with my dogs, They love it also.
Half hour Abdominals and aerobics. I am 69 160 pound and can still wear the clothes I did when I was 21.

Well I did my 5 mile 2nd run yesterday in the dark around 7pm with a led light on the top of me ed. This morning I have had a slice of toast with a little beetroot on and will be off to Porthcawl soon for the 5km Porthcawl Park Run .

My sister knitted me a jumper way way back, about the same era.

No wonder you get people's dogs chase you. You'd frighten the life out of me running up behind me in the dark!
I'd probably bite you too!
