After a week or 2 of hard training to not train seems a good way to live. I hope I can take my own advice when, or if, I get older and carry out some exercise as I do know it has benefits. I must admit I don't want to get overweight. Currently on a diet and if I manage to get to my target weight whether I keep running or not after isn't really that important to me; maintaining that weight though is.

Hi Mark Miwords,Fitness for me is rather like my weight, which by the way is ideal for someone 10 feet tall.
My fitness is perfect for someone as healthy as I am, though I'm not sure I would qhalify for the Sale of Goods act statement regarding fitness for purpose. I would definitely fall foul of the trade descriptions act.
