After a week or 2 of hard training to not train seems a good way to live. I hope I can take my own advice when, or if, I get older and carry out some exercise as I do know it has benefits. I must admit I don't want to get overweight. Currently on a diet and if I manage to get to my target weight whether I keep running or not after isn't really that important to me; maintaining that weight though is.Re: Get Fit You Slobs!
