It's wonderful isn't it Aerolor, I was my daughter's birthing partner as her husband was ill. I felt full of pride for her and was given my grandson to hold within minutes of the birth...

I must admit I would have died rather than have my Mum as my birthing partner, but the feeling would have been mutual! No one in this universe could be as prudish as her, we reckon she must have given birth in the dark, she certainly conceived in the dark! My father claimed he never ever saw her in the altogether, even though she was a very beautiful woman in her youth.
