We cant find you

They are looking at Lakeside Close road next to me

That sorted out she can not find my address on her forms only thing she has is the odd numbers of my road.. turn over TWO pages and she at last finds the Even numbers of my road.

But as they said "Its a bit early in the morning"

Voted Brexit.

PS the voting list was so long they had to folded it for me to get into the ballot box.
I had it too, Galty.

As I mentioned here earlier I had no voting card so I took my driving licence and walked to the desk.
I explained and the dizzy woman asked me for my address at the same time that I was pointing at it on my driving licence. She said "What?" and I said it again and jabbed my finger on my licence right under her nose. She then looked down the list and said "What's your address?". I had just told her it AND she saw it on my licence!!
"Here's a voting slip. Follow the instructions and come back and put it in this box". I said "Yes I'm okay thanks, I've voted before". "But don't forget to put it in this box!"
I sorted it all out and left saying "Thanks but don't give up your day job!" Just a vacant stare
Stupid bint.

We have people keep telling us "You oldies should think of the future generation when you vote and what it will mean for us" Well what I say to these 'younger' voters is Do it yourselves instead of continually playing games on your playstation and walking around with a mobile phone glued to your ear and wanting others to do things for you. It,s you're future, you sort it.

To be honest I was thinking of the younger people when I voted Leave and here are a few reasons.....

1. They may be required to serve a term in The States of Europe army.... not to fight a war for their country, but for somewhere they may never even visit.

2. They will be encouraged to take jobs far from home, but will foreign companies allow them to take time off to visit family, in the event of any adversity?

3. Many young people only see the good life of travelling abroad, like beach parties & having fun.... but I have had a lot of experience travelling through Europe. In many places rules and attitudes are different, so living there could be a massive learning curve for many.

I was 21 when I was first able to vote, but I still needed help and advice from older people, because when you are young politics is rarely a big priority in you mind & you don't have much experience!

Re: How will you vote at the European Elections?

Have any of the other parties given out convincing manifestos ?
All I know that Corbyns Marxist party will be a disaster for anyone who has anything .
The middles class ( just about anyone who is working and owns their own house ) will be fleeced in order to pay for all of Labours socialist ideas .
Which I once supported but no longer do so.
We will have open emigration the NHS will collapse completely .
And when you die the government will take your children's inheritance that that you worked for all your life and spend it on dossers.
