Are they a proper chain of restaurants or a collection of franchises?

Nando's is very much undermined by people. Its definitely better than Jamie Oliver's. I only have been there occasionally, but always enjoyed my meal.

Oddly enough, I was the project manager for the first 10 Nando's being opened in the country.

Re: Jamie Oliver's Restaurants close.

I like Jamie. He's rock 'n roll, his cooking (on TV) is always OTT but fun. And I learnt a few things ...

*Drain your pasta and chuck it into the hot sauce, saving a little of the water in case things get too stodgy.

*Add a jar of chopped anchovy fillets to meat stews/bol sauces.

*Roasted red peppers from a jar ... tasty, easy, inexpensive additive to many dishes.

*etc
