Re: Trying to be gentlemanly

I agree again, but that example is taking things to extreme, Art.

It was Tara saying they mustn't even look that I thought unnatural.

An interesting thought . . . when is a 'look' classed as 'an ogle'?

I don't mind having a peek at Poldark but he looks so much more dashing with his clothes on - also Jamie Frazier in his velvet jacket and kilt !
Most ladies like a man in a uniform or a dinner jacket.
We ( or at least i do ) like a gentleman to look and act like one!

Funny that, what you say about uniforms is often true Muddy. I can't say I know why it works, but it does.

Uniforms don't do it for me! A dinner jacket/suit does and a shirt slightly undone to expose a hairy chest!!
Edit... l don't mean the hairy chest showing whilst wearing a dinner jacket! That would be really naff!

Re: Trying to be gentlemanly

Men looking at women is natural, nothing disgusting about it, and women who dress like porn stars and then complain that men "ogle" them have only themselves to blame. Don't want men gazing at their half naked breasts? Don't show them off. It seems fairly simple to me. It seems to me women want to flaunt their bodies - and that's OK I guess - but don't want to either be ignored or have so-called "pervs" daring to look at them.

Re: Trying to be gentlemanly

I once had a conversation with a guy who made no eye contact whatsoever.
I think he must have thought it was my boobs doing the talking!
