Lunch is a tuna mayo and red onion toastie.

Dinner is gammon steak with a fried egg on top, chips and peas.

Have had beef casserole for the last two evenings, last night's with rice and peas. Not sure whether to finish it off tonight or get something from the freezer. Depends on how I feel when I get home.

Bought a large cooked chicken in Costco (yes I took my debit card but only spent £8.25...also got a box of disposable gloves), so tonight will be chicken, rice, peas and sweet & sour sauce, done in the frying pan.

No cooking for me today, we are having an Indian take-away with the M.I.L and Rob's Brother and Sister at lunchtime.
