They knew he been expelled from school .
There was a reason ( disturbing pictures on social media )
The reasons would have been explained to them by the head teacher .
One would have thought that would give hem a little inkling that all was not well .
Hie father wouldn't know as he lives in Jamaica presumably with or without his other six children .
The major reasons these boys go off the rails is lack of parental guidance and attention .

The media keep banging on about his age......When I was 14 I was working part time, full time at 15. I had my wits about me and knew right from wrong. Being 14 is not the same as being 8 or 9!!
The drug gangs, stabbings etc are in the news on a daily basis. He KNEW what he was getting into and paid the price. He called himself "little driller" and regularly carried a knife.
Sorry if it may offend, but my sympathy level is kinda zero.

As for chap on moped no idea how he arrives, may be a moped but much more likely a car as he's a 62 year old man whose wife also has MS. But point was we are fueling these crimes. IMO
