No idea really - do we ever actually know what people really think about us - Perhaps they say she's a bit of a free spirit and nature lover, but practical with it; a bit bolshie when roused and impatient to get things moving sometimes, and, of course, dog obsessed.

Oh yes Meg I remember appraisals and personal development reviews - we had to be fully participate in them, which actually meant DIY and/or do it with a colleague, then get it rubberstamped until next year.
