A new Sausage

The local butcher in town, has a blackboard outside on the pavement advertising his latest brainwave . . . Marmite and Cheese Sausages!

What do you think of that then? Would you try them?

Why not give them a try? You will never know what they taste like until you try them.
I like cheese + Marmite as a toasted wholemeal sandwich so a C&M sausage could be a tasty one to my palate.

Re: A new Sausage

I had never heard of those, they sound delicious. On checking it seems they are nothing new, I would definitely give them a try though. Cheddar cheese sandwiches and Marmite have long been a favourite of mine so that variation of sausages would be interesting.

Re: A new Sausage

I rarely eat sausages being an almost vegetarian but when I do I like real sausages none of the imposters.

A real sausage is pork/rusk/herbs/spices.

Yes, Mups, I would - just out of curiosity,

Was at a 'Cheese fair' once in Pontefract - and tried Cheddar cheese with Licorice. Lovely as separate flavours - not a good combination though - didn't buy any!

Re: A new Sausage

I'd give them a go. But not with Marmite. I'd want him to make them with Vegemite. I'd supply it myself. If I was in Britain.
