While I say congratulations to her as she seems very happy with her win I am not in favour of gambling at all. For the ones who make a lot someone has to lose a lot. So well done to her but hope it doesn't encourage others to do it too.

I'd rather not as I said it's not my idea of a good thing to do, too many people get hurt and only a few can win. It's morally ambiguous at best.

I would love to learn how to play poker. I did go online once but was good until I got to the professionals who trawl the sites looking for learners.
Luckily I didn't put too much on so was not bothered as you win you lose
when you gamble and I know that.
I would like to meet the Lady and she can teach this OAP how to play so
I can also trance the men. That would make my day.

I started playing in 2006 when my other half died.

Signed onto Party Poker and lost about £100 in first month and £200 in the second month.

Reloaded another £200 and since started to play the game better. I since have withdrawn about £700 and have £70 in my account at the present time.

I only play tournies and not cash where the good players cant trawl you as the table selections are random.

I get up at 6am and play a $5 tournie every day which can last 4hours.

Tonite am playing 3 freeroles which cost nothing to enter which I can win a small amount Such as $100 or entry into a big tournie.

On Pokerstars they have 10c tournies which last for hours with thousands playing .

I also play live once a week in a casino and have made a lot of new friends.

Poker is to my mind the best thing since sliced bread and keeps me sane.

Poker is one of my hobbies which I am passionate about and knew you would diss it.
