Lovely sunshine here, too hot to sit out for long . I was going to Mumbles to the bank then I realised it is shut on a Wednesday .Bugga
Just chilling today , haven't heard any more of my friends ,just have to hope for the best for them

No news yet , don't like to phone as I don't want to disturb. Will give it a few days . Its overcast here now. I was hoping for clear sky tonight to see the meteor shower and shooting stars . I saw one last night and was really excited lol

Nice warm day here, I met friends in t own for lunch and then a tour of the town on an open topped bus. One of my friends has her s i l visiting from Essex so it was really nice meeting her.

Hello BDR44 - sorry no Welsh here either (I'm originally from S. Wales but now living in mid-Wales - well actually on the borders, so no Welsh speakers in this neck of the woods. You're very welcome to come in and chat though!

So disappointed tonight, just come home from bowls and was looking forward to the meteor shower and it's all clouded up, so can't see a thing.

Not speaking to Missy. She arrived on the patio this afternoon with a newt in her mouth, but obviously didn't like the taste 'cos she left it, then ten minutes later (after another expedition) she arrived back with a wren. Trouble is, wrens always nest low to the ground and this happens every year. Nature red in tooth and claw - with a vengeance.

Hope you have good news about your friends soon Jac.

Very dark and warm here but no rain as yet.
Went out to Mumbles to pay a bill and to pay in a cheque received from Inland Revenue -----all of £11 , better than nothing
Think I'm in for the day now,quite glad

Murky here too ......no rain as yet though......made a dirt cake this morning.....now waiting for ASDA delivery....
