I took the door out to spray it and used one of those sponge one side scour pad the other side on it .
That's interesting - I use Astonish products from my local Home Bargains so I'll have a look in there tomorrow.

The astonish paste works as well

Btw, the door isn't glass, it's ceramic and a stainless steel ball won't harm it at all

My oven is used constantly and I'm forever having to clean it. I go at it with the hob brite, the astonish and the steel balls and if there's a spot that's not budging, I get a single sided blade to it

I never clean my oven, once a year I get the oven cleaners in. Fantastic job.
