Is the series ending? It feels like it - Laura has kicked Daniel into touch (or rather he has voluntarily withdrawn from the fray), Fisher realises what he wants. Minnie and Alf seem to be gazing down the primrose path, the Post Office may be under threat
Ah, it's just a silly soap but without the current day nasties (or its own-day nasties really, other than the measles epidemic, Alf's mum etc)

I'm not sure if it's ending or not - I'll be sad to see it go. I always look forward to my weekly dose on Sunday nights.

Wouldn't it be great if we could get another series of Cranford when L/C ends??

So Lorna plumped for Daniel - I didn't see that coming. I thought it was Fisher she'd chose.
