Millions of people around the world feel upset about terrorism but they don't go off and massacre innocent people.
When the IRA were letting off bombs here how many wanted to massacre ordinary Irish citizens? Did anyone go and murder Catholics?

That's like saying people like the Manchester bomber are "mad". They're not mad / mentally deranged at all. The bomber did it out of a hatred of the West and non believers.
They don't have a mental condition per se imo, they are people who have decided to take action and don't care about the consequences. Fortunately, the majority of people are not like that.

No there hasn't Annie and you are quite right in saying the perpetrator is suffering from a form of insanity. Unfortunately technology supplies the ability to carry out hate. Both in weaponry and in communications. To see the love and compassion displayed to those affected, by those not of an Islamic pursuasion is most encouraging.I can see from some of the posts above that some might be inclined to support some kind of revenge.
