A second referendum is only one way to break the deadlock. The first was only advisory thus requiring the consent of Parliament. If a further referendum was to happen the result should be made legally binding in the requisite bill

Other options are a General Election, Parliament voting in favour of one of the three options or doing nothing and just crashing out when the extension expires.

Take your pick, all are divisive

All you can do is Google up answers at the last minute (because you don't already know) and then cut and paste somebody elses opinion. When you are asked for your own opinion or the truth behind them you refuse to answer because firstly, you cant Google up your own opinion and secondly it will reveal a lot more about your weak arguments than you dare to admit.

And if you want to know about the pharma industry just ask me - I can tell you exactly how it works. We have always been rule takers and so has the EU - from the FDA in the USA. I'll leave you to Google up why that is. If, however, you want to find out who are the architects of GxP then look no further than the UK.
So as usual you still cannot offer any reasoned, supportable answers and again as usual can only suggest google

I’m no expert on pharmaceuticals but are you saying EMA was a waste of time?

Well, we just have to keep having more referenda until the remoaners eventually win!

And until that happens, we must remain in the EU.
