Lets see if we get a more cohesive answer (very much doubt it) than negotiations won't favour France and Germany (obviously considering who the answer came from) with no evidence.
And it would do away with our trade deficit with the EU!!! can't see the reasoning behind that one hee-haw.

Trade deals we make ourselves benefit us not other countries (like Germany and France) for a start.

If you had bothered to read my earlier posts on the subject t you wouldn't have to keep asking the same question over and over again.

First you won't answer questions then you ignore the answers.

Hi

I will repeat, it is not about money, it is about Democracy.

I was a very reluctant Leaver.

It had to be so.

Leaving does not make Financial Sense, but I knew that when I voted.

We have to leave, that is what we voted for.

We cannot allow the Political Elite to dictate to us.

If we do not that is the end of Democracy.

One person, one vote.

I will not be dictated by a Political Elite, either the EU or our own.

I did not go to Private School, Eton or Oxford or Cambridge.

Just an ordinary lad who went to Poly and worked his way up.

They can swan off, my vote is just as important as theirs.

Hi

Not for me it isn't.

If I had not pissed off Blair I would have had a Pension of £75k a year.

If I had not pissed off May, I would still have retired and had a new job, part time, at £60k a year, plus my Pension.

I have principles, I cannot be bought, but I will protect my money which I have earned.

Prats like Banchory, who have never put their lives on the line and been seriously injured make me sick.

Unfortunately, your Enforcement Officers have to protect everyone.

Even those who would take their Pensions off them.

If you want that you should move to the european system of voting. That would have rendered a different result in the european elections. To elucidate:
There are 73 seats to divide amongst the parties. 17,199,701 votes were valid. That means 1 seat is worth, or would require, 235,612 votes.
Parties with less than that number of votes will not get a seat.
Based on this, the results would be

Brexit party, 5,248,533 votes 22 seats/ 29
Lib dem, 3,367,284 votes 14 seats/ 16
Labour, 2,347,255 votes 10 seats/ 10
Green 1,881,306 votes 8 seats/ 7
Tory 1,512,809 votes 6 seats/ 4
SNP 594,553 votes 3 seats/ 3
Change 571,846 votes 3 seats/ 0
Ukip 554,463 votes 2 seats/ 0

I've added the seats as they are allocated on your system. In the european system the rounding off the seat numbers is at the end (note that now they don't add up to 73), using dHondt method.
The main difference is that the percentage of votes is approx. the same as the percentage of votes. I.e. in the UK system the brexit party got 30% of votes, and 40% of seats. In the european system 22 seats is 30% of the 73 seats.

Re: Still not going well for Brexit is it???

Hi

I will not be lectured by anyone.

I am no idiot, I did not believe the lies, from either side.

I knew Brexit would hurt, it was worth it.

I am convinced that my vote to Leave was the right one.

Am I disgusted by the mess we have made of it?

Too true I am.

It is an absolute disaster.

In spite of that, I would still vote leave in any second Referendum.

We simply cannot be ruled by a Political Elite.

I am not Private School Educated, never been to Oxford or Cambridge.

Never been a member of the Elite or a private club.

I am however intelligent and articulate.

I voted Leave and I knew what I was doing.

My neighbours are simple hard working people.

They also voted leave and their vote, and mine, is equal to any others.

The so called elite, many of whom on here are patronising Gits, are simply wrong.

Democracy is one person, one vote.

It matters not if you are a cleaner on Minimum wage, or a higher earner with a big Pension like me.

We are all equal.

Nothing and nobody will ever convince me that my Vote is more important than their vote.

I came into this life with nothing, and still have most of that left.

My neighbours are struggling, I am not.

We need to listen to them, they are decent honest hard working people.

I really pity you if you think what you do or have done makes you a superior person. Your arrogance is unbelievable.

You claim it’s all about democracy when our own parliamentary system in no more democratic the the EU as demonstrated but the current debacle.

I couldn’t care less what you think of me as it’s clear from you constant boasting it that you really only care about is your pension which is in part derived from inflated benefits funded by tax contributions from others, many of whom cannot even afford their own pensions.

Yes I’m fortunate to have a good income but I care about the social inequalities and injustices in our society. However, it is our own successive governments and their policies who have brought this about, not the EU although they are by no means perfect either. Leaving the EU will not fix the problems in our society it will likely exacerbate it
