Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

For some reason, I feel like "breakfast for dinner" tonight : having bacon, scrambled eggs, hot buttered toast, but also a dish of fresh curried cauliflower. Odd dinner, but when you live by yourself you can cook what you want.

Your dinner sounds brilliant, I keep saying to my mother in law that you don't have to have certain things for certain meals. She also lives alone but does not have the air of adventure that you have there dandysmom.

I started to cook pie and mash but the hob decided to fuse so I drained the potatoes and popped them in the oven with the pie and we had pie and roast pots instead. They were very nice.
