Have always had an interest in Politics, was weaned on Politics and Trade Unions, since my parents and Grand parents were all deeply involved, so I keep abreast of current affairs daily.

Re: Where do a lot of you,

Look things up on line, listen to talk radio where some very good information can be gleaned, chat to you lot here again a lot of decent people with good ideas, and a life time of books and watching politics from the sidelines. Always felt politics is life. it's a theme runs through all our lives controlling everything around us whether we think it does or not it's there.

Re: Where do a lot of you,

The Daily Mail is popular around here, judging by the number of threads with a DM link in the opening post.

Re: Where do a lot of you,

I don't post anything that I don't know, rarely I will verify something online just to be sure.
I'd rather post my opinion about something than try to impress.

Probably why some think I post rubbish!

If I don't understand a subject or even the conversation,I look it up online, also I sometimes need help explaining what I mean,so look online, finding the right wording,is not my strong point.

I learned a lot of my political militancy from my Gran.

You don't post rubbish,Tessa,..I prefer opinions ,because imo, that is the real person talking/typing,...although some subjects that are serious,I guess you have to come up with the facts.
