cant do mutch right now but a bit more then the week before

Arthur, it is not just the effort that you put in it is also the stress that builds up as your mind tries to find ways of doing better. I stll think it is too much for someone who has had three attacks unless they were just severe anxiety attacks.

My exercise is walking with the dog twice a day, usually for about an hour each time. I also include housework as exercise as well

Used to play squash and badminton few years back, but my legs won't move as fast these days!

Exercise makes you feel better. And you can eat more if you exercise regularly without putting on weight! My love of eating overcomes my laziness.

Cycling and badminton for me.

Having just (3 weeks ago) had a hip replacement, exercise is a strict no,no, but on the other hand, surgery has not affected my appetite in any way.
