I might try Gimp.
I used to upload photos quite simply from Nikon Coolpix Camera, but now you have to use their Nikon Veiw NX2 which I find complicated.
Perhaps I should get another camera!

Keeping you informed.
I have decide on Elements as I use my Camera mainly inside for Art work and in my garden too
Lightroom is more for professionals.
Thanks for your advice and help.
Also I have downloaded Gimp as well
