Sandwiches

Anyone else like cheese and onion crisp sandwiches?
Or perhaps lemon curd ones too ....or mashed banana sandwich?
I fancy having cheese and onion crisp sandwich for lunch!

Do you have any weird and wonderful variations on the humble but beautiful sandwich

Re: Sandwiches

I have often brought a jam sandwich to work for lunch, when I have thought not ham again. Never thought of going for lemon curd though only have that on toast.

Banana sandwich yes, on crisp breads yes, or on little chessie crackers yes.

Sorry forgot we used to have crisp sandwiches as kids.

Re: Sandwiches

Granary bread spread with crunchy peanut butter and very finely chopped celery for a sandwich. Yummy. Or cut a thicker piece of granary and toast it before adding the peanut butter and celery
