The Greeks often use very thinly sliced cooked lamb, chopped lettuce, bits of tomato and sour cream. I haven't had one in awhile but it was simply divine.
Have you got quick easy recipes for tortillas/pitta bread please Bakerman?

For most people, I believe that the pita bread is easier than making tortillas.

I got bread today, Tesco make their own & though there were no sliced loaves left there were their own, I bought two wholemeal, dearer than sliced but the bread is very tasty.

And the white uncut loaf makes very tasty toast Tiff.....Thick as you like....Just like me....

I'm normally a seeded sensations person, but needs must and now I get whatever is left on the shelf....Last time it was Kingsmill 50/50 and do you know what? It's not half bad....

I thought all Tesco's bakeries had bread slicing machines. I know ours does.
