That said, Belgravia was on in the background and I found myself drawn to it.
The twist at the end was a nice touch, as was the house staff's viewpoint.

Shall give it another go!
I found it a bit boring for the first half, but then carried on watching & found I liked it after all. I think it's going to be different.

Re: Belgravia.

I fell asleep less than 15 mins in last week. I hope I don't do the same tonight 'cos it wrecked my normal sleep pattern.

Re: Belgravia.

I watched it, managed to stay awake until the end. I thought it was a bit slow, (a classic understatement ) I just hope there is a bit more story than an illegitimate child.

Re: Belgravia.

Tiff, just wondering did you watch Downton Abbey?

I've read bits here and there about people not particularly enjoying Belgravia, comparing it to Downton Abbey.

I didn't watch Downton, and wondered if that's why I'm enjoying Belgravia.

I watched all of Downton & loved that too, Belgravia is similar, as in it's set around the same time, but not the same.
I just love period drama.

The only other period drama I watched was Upstairs and Downstairs. Boy that was a long time ago
