popping with video

As I could do this with stills photo I thought about doing the same with videos.

Yes it works kind of , but the colour to "pop" from the grey background needs to be a very strong colour,

Also although getting rid of the video within Adobe Premier Elements 2020 is easy, the clip still remains on the monitor.

One cannot just go onto the monitor clip and delete I found out. The only way is to open it in the drive "c " and remove it that way, or at least that is how I did it.
looked up in adobe help and could not find any article on it for removal
