3 Ingredient vanilla Ice-Cream - no churning or Ice-Cream maker needed.
Wow, I don't know whether anyone has already tried this already and I am far behind with the recipe, but I will still share it with you.
I made this yesterday, making some more today, it’s so delicious, simple and requires no ice-cream maker at all. Even better - no effort needed at all.
Just three ingredients and you won't want to buy shop bought ice-cream again.
INGREDIENTS
1 x 16-oz (1 pint) of Double Cream
1 x 14-oz tin sweetened Condensed Milk
2 x teaspoons Vanilla Bean or Vanilla Extract.
SIMPLE METHOD
First, into a bowl, whip the double cream with an electric whisk or hand-held whisk until light peaks (3 minutes or so)
Next, pour the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla bean or extract into the double cream,
Fold in until nicely combined.
Transfer to a container with lid and place in freezer. 24 hours is best but the ice-cream will be ready to eat after 8 hours.
And that is it! The most yummy, best tasting ice-cream I have had for ages. No more shop bought for me! I also bought some waffle ice-cream cones and intend to sit in the garden this afternoon and enjoy a cone with my own ice-cream. The recipe promises that you will never want or need to use your ice-cream maker again with this recipe.

Thank you so much Shropshiregirl, I made your Ice Cream yesterday, and have just had a taster, and you are so right, never again will I buy shop bought.

Morning Ragdoll, I'm so pleased you liked the ice-cream recipe. I made another batch up yesterday to freeze. I mixed the whipped double cream with the sweetened condensed milk, added just one teaspoon of vanilla extract and added chopped strawberries from a small tin of strawberries I had in the cupboard (they are sweet anyway). It was lovely!! I indulged in eating a cornet yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. No more bought ice-cream for us ey!
