Meg this is what it was like



A huge weeping willow

The problem was it was too near the property and when we had the arborist in they check and said it was going rotten inside.

So we had it taken down

Had it been planted in the top paddock we would have left it, and yes we were upset that it had to go but safety first and the damage it could have caused if we left it there

That first photo, is a Wow! Realspeed. The Willow was huge, but I heard that the roots of those can undermine the footings of a house if planted too close to it. You were sensible to have it felled.
