Question About Freesia

I'm just asking anyone if Freesia bulbs haven't made any appearance in 2 weeks since planting them, should I assume they're duds & plant something else there?

They've been outside, warm weather, sun, watered. My Dahlia bulbs have sprouted over a week ago & they were planted the same day. The dahlia growth is about 2-3" high.

Thanks

Re: Question About Freesia

I've not grown them here, but did when living on Vancouver Island.
They always took about 2-3 weeks before sprouting, depending on the weather conditions.
Don't give up on them yet!
