Foxy's Swollen Foot...

Did an average eight mile run yesterday, no problems.
Went to bed and woke up with a mildly swollen ankle with no apparent reason. Walked around Doncaster Town Centre shopping with Mrs Fox and had to retreat to the cafe' in Debenhams....Could hardly stand on a very swollen painful ankle........What the heck......

That is a sprain, keep your foot elevated and cold compress should reduce the swelling. Seek medical advice if you are concerned.

I just checked your cruise thread and see it was gout. You can get it in the ankle too. It looks just like this.
