Which season (Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter) do you prefer and why?

My favorite season is Autumn. A wonderful season of change and beautiful shades of brown, red and yellow. The earth on my side of the world is shedding its coat and the resulting beauty is breathtaking.

Definitely Spring. Exploding life everywhere.

Autumn? Nah. Season of death and dying.

Winter? Season of the grave. Cold, bleak, and hopeless.

Summer? Not really. Things just ripening in the hope of surviving Autumn but won't.

Although I have heard it said that one"s favouite is the month in which one was born . So that must make mine Autumn as I was born October .

My favourite season is Autumn - such a riot of colour - and such a richness of harvest. There is also a warm mellowness and serenity - a closing down - ready for a Winter hibernation. Love it!!
