Re: Flour mites

Makes you wonder where the little bleeders come from. I got some in my flour years ago even though it was in a sealed plastic tub. I can only surmise that there were some weevil eggs in the flour when I bought it.

Re: Flour mites

I have only seen it once many years ago. I rarely buy flour now. Horrible little things aren't they.

Had cleaned all the cupboards recently but checked, most definitely in the bag off flour.

Mine was in a sealed container too.

Think mine was already in the flour when I bought the bag. I put it in the container after I opened it, it was ok then.

I don't buy flour now either.
