The surcharge has been scrapped for this year, it's just been announced. That means any NHS migrant worker and their family can now use the NHS for free. Not even the UK's own citizens have that privileged, we have to pay it via national insurance and has some in other media comment sections have pointed out, no other country in the EU is offering the same.No wonder criminal gangs send boat loads of illegals to the UK because the country is just a pathetic soft touch country, no guts or backbone at all and as such the country gets taken advantage of by foreigners flooding to the country.

NI is NOT hypothecated, it is in essence a job tax that goes into general tax intake and the NHS is paid for out of general taxation.
