Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Thought I had a pack of micro rice and intended cooking some chicken breast pieces with a stir fry sauce. No rice. So ended up with bread and marmalade.

Unfortuneatly i'm going to make Cheese & Onion Potato Pie today because my Husband loves it, I might have 2 tablespoons of it and he will have the whole pie dish, serving it with Smoked Haddock and Fine beans.

I havent had that for years and years

We weren't rich enough to have it as a side, it was dinner

My auntie used to make huge ones to feed the huge hoard of kids she had staying at hers, there were always about 12 cousins staying overnight, such fun times

Anyways it was supposed to be curry. I had some lamb curry left over in the freezer and I found what I thought was chicken curry but it turned out to be spag Bol

So its going to be gammon and Ill turn the spag Bol into a small lasagne which will do my lunches in work the rest of the week

The lamb curry Ill pad out with a bit of veg and make a dhal or aubergine curry for Friday
