I've heard of people wrapping hot bricks in a towel to warm the bed in the old days .... I love my HWB!

One of my Aunty's used to have one of those Mags

I love a Hot Water Bottle too Dandysmom-I fill it every night and put it where my feet go in bed-can't stand having cold feet

We do indeed! Except that I do have a green thumb and am a cat person ...other than that, we do seem to see eye to eye on lots of things.

Aw you brought back memories with that pic of the stone hot water bottle! I remember as a wee girl my parents having one of them and my Dad filled it with boiling hot water once and it nearly burned my Mum's feet off!!

I don't know what happened to it though, think Mum threw it out - or maybe threw at my poor Dad
